Growth Business HR Audit and Ongoing Support

We offer a full HR service as a member of your team to help you develop, implement and maintain your people strategy and provide ongoing guidance and manager support.

1. Onsite, up to 3 days, plus comprehensive documentation review, followed by risk audit and gap analysis exercise with recommendations.

2. Onsite meeting with appropriate members of the management and team to review your current HR arrangements and existing HR toolkit and framework, to assess compliance and fit for purpose in relation to your workplace culture and business plan/goal needs.

3. Ongoing Operational & Strategic HR support with a regular agreed ‘fixed fee’ of HR support time for face to face or remote access to advice and support.
